“Très bon séjour au Best Western Grand Hôtel de Castres”
We had a pleasant stay at the Best Western Grand Hôtel de Castres; the hotel is well‑located, clean, and offers a comfortable setting for exploring the area or for business trips. The room was spacious, well maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a successful stay. The bedding was comfortable and all services met expectations for this type of property. The staff were welcoming, available, and efficient throughout. Breakfast was varied and of good quality. We recommend this address for its good comfort level, quality of service, and excellent value for money.
The place is in a fantastic location right in the city center.
“EXCELENTE POR UBICACION Y POR ATENCION DE LA SEÑORA DE RECEPCION”
The room was fine, but after the first night we found the bed unmade and they only threw the sheet up; the TV was positioned poorly.
“Good clean hotel in excellent location with very helpful staff”
The location was good, the staff were lovely, and the breakfast was excellent, but the restaurant was closed on the day we arrived.
The hotel sits in a great spot and the bathroom is roomy.
