Nothing, everything was terrible!! All the rooms stank, the room was too small, and there was supposed to be a private bathroom, but there wasn’t one!!!

“Totally Misleading”

The picture of the bathroom was nice and you came out of the building walked a few seconds and there was a good location to get buses to and from different locations. Omgd where do I start I requested this booking because of the pictures aswell as the location. I turned up at the property in darkness the front entrance door was broken and the main front door was opened. There was nobody there to meet and greet me so I decided to go up these steep stairs to look for my room. There was a key in the door so I opened the door and the bed was not made. There was nobody there to assist me and I then was surprised by hearing someone trying to open the door. I then opened it to be addressed by the cleaner who was asking me who I am and what I was doing here. I then was trying to explain that I had booked this room from booking. Com from the 2nd January and I had my confirmation and everything. But the lady kept on saying that there's no booking of any such case and she then was saying to me that if I walked into a premises and never received any confirmation of details why did I enter the building. It was then that I said to her that I assumed that I was going to have a personal meeting who was going to show me around the building tell me about the rules and regulations and hand me my keys. Either way the lady was not happy of my appearance and decided to contact the relevant person in charge who had then came back to me to say that they did not receive any bookings from myself. I did also offer for them to call the police and I would be more than happy to show my details. The cleaner continued with her work and after a while I did ask her if there was any update and she just replied by saying that she is waiting for them to get back to me. After another time went by the lady came back to say that she did not know that the room was booked for today. Otherwise it would have been ready for me. I then said to her what is happening and that was when she said that the person in charge replied back to say that they never rec any notification and have been receiving quite a few hiccups with booking

We never got to stay at all. The property informed us late in the evening that they had a double booking and were canceling our room. In the cold evening we were left without accommodation in a strange place.
