“Overpriced, second time left us disappointed.”

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff—especially the one at the restaurant area—were very nice and friendly; it was our second stay, unfortunately the last. The location is convenient, a bit far from the main commercial zones, but still fine if you drive to the local beaches. Cleanliness was somewhat disappointing: after a beach day on the first day, sand naturally entered the shower, and the place never seemed clean again; some towels had yellow stains on multiple occasions. Softball teams stayed at the same time as us, and they were very loud until late at night, drinking and smoking in the pool area (even though that was supposedly forbidden), playing loud music, and hanging clothes on the stairs—this was really uncomfortable, and we were surprised the staff simply let them do whatever they wanted. The walls and door are thin, so we could hear them all night long, even until 2 am. The AC is also very loud, which can be problematic for light sleepers or families with kids. Honestly, the price is too high for the quality of rooms and facilities available.

It’s great that there’s a washer and dryer for guests! ❤️ The air conditioner was hard to use because the temperature control was difficult to operate 🥶, and the shower head is very low, not suitable for tall people 😒.

“Desayuno variado y delicioso”

Breakfast and staff attention were good, but the facilities were old: the minibar made more noise than it cooled, the room door was warped and jammed when opened, the bathroom door frame was rusted, the shower had a plastic bag as a cover, the bathroom extractor fan didn’t work, and while the air conditioner cooled well, the overall finish of the installation looked unprofessional.

“Agradable Lugar”

The reception staff were excellent, and the pool was very pleasant.
