We liked everything: a nice large bedroom, lobby and bathroom, a comfortable bed, a reasonably priced and enjoyable evening meal, a very good breakfast, and friendly and helpful staff who handled our limited German.

The food was very tasty, the staff super friendly, the breakfast buffet ample and refilled, a great clean room, and a nice location. The lighting from the beer garden could be turned off when the restaurant closes; there was a neighboring room that was brightly lit at night, and the curtains only dimmed it a little.

Quiet and well‑located, a nice room with parquet, and enough breakfast. The room’s cleanliness left something to be desired, and empty soap dispensers were not refilled.

We felt very comfortable at Gutshof Sagmühle. The hotel is well maintained and appealingly designed, with bright and friendly rooms. We especially appreciated the warm welcome for our dog; the provided basket, a treat, and a separate bowl showed that four‑legged guests are also welcome. The food tasted good, and breakfast was pleasant and hassle‑free. Overall, we had a nice stay. Unfortunately, the rooms are very noisy.
