The hotel is beautiful, very well decorated, exceptional location, 15 min by car from the V&A, stunning view, spacious and well decorated room, pretty bathroom too, on top of a mountain, with breathtaking surrounding beauty! The staff were very intrusive, asking repeatedly what you would do, what time you’d have breakfast, if you’d dine with them, your itinerary to try to sell you services, and this was not a one‑time question but several times in a single day, every day, with different staff… I found it exhausting, and sometimes we’d rush to get into our room, seeking privacy and not being questioned about everything.
