The location in Oss was the only thing I liked. There was no breakfast, no room service, and after a week the reception was gone; the entrance area looked very untidy. No one was on site to help, the app for the room key stopped working on the last day and after a phone call I was told I would be called back, but that never happened, so I left a day early. Also, some guests used the kitchen and the whole hotel smelled like a large kitchen.
The stay was beautiful.

The location was fine, close to the city center and easy to drive to. There was no host on site. No coffee was provided. The apartment was very dirty and poorly maintained; the trash bin wasn’t emptied, the bed was moldy, and there were hairs and nails from strangers. We struggled to get clean sheets.
