Guests have a bathroom, floors, wardrobe, and multilingual staff speaking Czech, English, Polish and Slovak.

The place smells bad, and the bathroom is tiny with a toilet.

The old‑hotel charm was nice, but there is no elevator for older guests. Two cleaning staff members kicked us out at exactly 10 AM. I’m not used to that; I travel worldwide with bookings and the checkout is usually at 11 or 12 noon, sometimes at 2 PM.
