The welcome was good, the comfort was fine, the breakfast was nice, and the courtyard flowers were lovely. We would have preferred a shower with walls instead of having to scrape the whole floor. We were surprised by the contrast between the luxury of the accommodation and its location in a narrow alley with heavily degraded buildings.

“Gut für den Preis”

The breakfast was really good, the owners were very kind, there was a parking space, and it was easy to walk into Berat’s old town (about 20‑25 minutes). Check‑in was flexible. Payment was only in cash, and we couldn’t sleep well because roosters lived right next to the accommodation (even with earplugs they were extremely loud). When showering, everything got completely flooded. The room was very small; when the suitcases were open, we had to walk over the bed.

The staff were super friendly, the house was very well kept, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was great. Everything was perfect!

“bonne adresse”

The spot was great, breakfast was tasty, and the young woman who welcomed us and served breakfast was very friendly. The private, secure parking was a plus. The only downside was the cigarette smell that seeped into our ground‑floor room from the common area, which was a shame because everything else was top.

“Nice place, friendly hosts, but the place is in between buildings, not safe to walk at night.”

I liked the room, nice new furniture and comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice as well. It was a family business, so the people were available and very friendly. They also helped us with the bags after checking out. I greatly appreciated this. Nice breakfast. The only negative thing was the location. It is between buildings and it does not feel safe to walk at night. If I knew the exact location I would have not chosen this accommodation
