“Op de ligging na was de rest één grote tegenvaller!”

The location was great, right next to St Peter’s Basilica, and a metro station was just around the corner, with a few shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very unfriendly and barely had time for you. The elevator barely worked, so my 76‑year‑old mother had to climb stairs every day. The beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was very sparse and the breakfast tickets were not ready. They promised they would be delivered, but we had to go back ourselves and received another unfriendly reply. At check‑in we were told we could check out at 11 am, but on the day of departure at 11 am we were told very unkindly that we were half an hour late. Worse yet, the staff removed our last belongings from the room without our permission, including my phone from the charger.

Very convenient location, first of all near St Peter’s and then the rest of the city thanks to the proximity to the metro. Nothing else.
