The location was good. The blankets on the bed were dirty, the sheets were brown and the blanket was just tossed aside for the next guest. A young guy had been staying 24/7 for four days and had to do everything alone. He also said he couldn't leave or was not allowed to because no one else was there. The guy was friendly and did his best.

We got here after hiking Rinjani and the hot tub was exactly what we needed—so good! The room was perfect: a huge, comfy bed and a clean bathroom with a good shower. We stayed in the double room with garden view plus an extra large bed. Breakfast was fine, staff were nice and helpful. The spot is nice, surrounded by rice fields and a little off the road. The blanket on the bed felt a bit rough and there was no sheet underneath, so we asked for one and they happily provided it.

The people and nearby restraunts. Bathroom in our unit not nice or clean. No hot water. Wouldn't rake much to make needed improvements

The place was very pretty, the team was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was very uncomfortable; I could feel the springs in my body when lying down, so I had to use several folded blankets. The floor in the bathroom cubicle was made of loose stones on top of earth, which was odd and gave off a very unpleasant damp smell. I was glad it was only one night. I think the other rooms are newer and more comfortable.

Great spot in the beautiful rice fields of Tetebatu! The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were really friendly. I’d love to come back in the future, definitely recommend! The only small issue was that there was no hot water in our shower during our stay, but it wasn’t a huge problem because it was so hot outside.
