The location was fine. The breakfast was very disappointing, with poor food quality that felt like a one‑star hotel. The room standard left a lot to be desired. It wasn’t worth the money spent. I’ll never stay there again.

The experience was extremely good!

After a long trip, a rude front‑desk staff member repeatedly insisted that only I was booked in the room, even though the reservation was for me and my younger sister. I explained that the booking listed an adult and a child, but she refused to check and kept saying I’d have to pay extra for the second person. I stood my ground three times, showed her the reservation on my phone, and only then did she admit there were indeed two people booked. No apology was offered.

Everything was fine, but the celebration happened on the same day.
