I appreciated how the staff were attentive, the air conditioning worked well, and they offered a free breakfast; the noon checkout was convenient too. However, I didn't like that the sink, shower, and toilet were all in separate spots in the bathroom.

The air‑conditioner is quiet, the vibe is comfortable, there’s a laundry service, and the employees are friendly, but on some days they don’t do the cleaning.

The front desk staff are kind and polite, and I enjoyed the food and the complimentary breakfast—it was really nice and worth it; the rooms are clean and good. However, when I arrived, no one helped with my luggage in the lobby, even though other staff saw I needed assistance and ignored me—quite different from other hotels. One complimentary bottled water was already opened, perhaps the room attendant forgot to check it. The Wi‑Fi was extremely slow, even with the router in the room you couldn’t connect your device, which was disappointing especially after a long overseas flight. Even the TV didn’t work properly because of the poor internet.

The breakfast was tasty, but the floor was slick and there were no mats for it.
