The location was excellent and everything was very pleasant. The service was phenomenal, so I’ll definitely stay here again. Everything is good; there’s nothing to improve.

The staff doesn’t give instructions until you arrive, and they take a long time to reply, leaving you waiting outside. Someone knocked on the hostel door and asked you by message if you could open it.

Elisa and Lilia welcomed me very kindly and attentively, gave me directions to the spots, and Rio the dog was super friendly and affectionate; they sent me a video and a message so I could get there without hassle.
