Property was very well maintained. Cleanliness on peak. Well dressed and well spoken staff. Brief of the property at the time of check in. Beautifully decorated property. My room. It was full of small insects which was not visible by eyes but it settles while seating near jarukha. Main door was not closing properly. Bathroom glass doors were not closing properly. Bed was not comfortable for sound sleep

The facilities are beautiful, the food is great, and the service is excellent, but it’s a bit far from the main Udaipur area.

The buffet wasn’t great, but the à la carte was better; the staff was understaffed.

The hotel staff was very courteous and the hospitality is wonderful, the restaurant staff is great—everyone and everything is the best.
