“Great lake view, but shower drama”
The spot by the lake is awesome, but the shower was a nightmare. We got to the room and the water wouldn’t heat up because the boiler battery was dead. The staff swapped it, but they used a used battery from another room, so the problem kept happening. I had to call the owner at night and they moved us to a different room with a working shower. It feels like they never do a quick check before guests arrive, which is a big hassle in a cold southern Chile town.
“Lakefront Delight”
We weren’t sure what to expect, but we fell in love. It’s right by the lake, with its own path for walks, plenty of picnic space, and the room was warm, clean, and comfy. The bed was soft and the shower water was just perfect. Highly recommend.

This place is the perfect spot to unwind. The location is spot on, with a direct exit to the lake, so you can just step out and relax, away from the city buzz. I loved how quiet it was and how easy it was to disconnect. No complaints.

The room was cozy, but there were a few hiccups. No towel, no TV remote, and the outside noise was pretty loud. Still, the space felt welcoming.
