I was thrilled with the accommodation! The apartment was spotless, tidy, and nicely furnished. The host was courteous and helpful, and the location was superb. We’d definitely return and I recommend it!
The staff were very friendly and ready to help, and the breakfast was tasty.
“Avoid at all costs”
Absolutely nothing to praise. If I could give a negative score, that would be the real rating of this place. We arrived on 26.12 with two small children and were told the hotel opens that day, but the staff and guests didn’t arrive until 29.12. The heating wasn’t working, we had no hot water, the TV was broken and one was missing. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed and was full of dirt and broken glass. There were dirty dishes from last season. All of us got sick, with fever, diarrhoea, and we decided to leave after 3 days because it was pointless. Our vacation was completely ruined and no one offered a refund. Avoid at all costs.
