The rooms were spacious and easy to find. I booked a room that included breakfast, but there was only one option—omelette and toast—so as a vegetarian I had nothing to eat, even though I paid for it.
“Good”
The breakfast was disappointing; the Dosa batter felt old and we were the only guests that day, otherwise everything was fine. No further issues.
“Average, too much wasted potential in a resort. Run by amateurs.”
The location was decent, close to the famous seafood restaurant and a nearby beach, breakfast was good, the staff were very friendly, and fresh towels were provided. However, the hotel looked run down, likely because we stayed in the off‑season. Bugs were everywhere in our room, body soap wasn’t refilled on time and we had to request a small bar of Medimix soap. No shampoo was supplied. The air‑conditioning remote was broken, so the unit stayed at 16 °C permanently. The shower pressure was terrible, like a weak stream that barely reached the wall before hitting your body, and the staff wouldn’t fix it. The toilet was never cleaned and was stained. The coffee pot was dirty, so we didn’t brew any coffee. The restaurant offered limited choices, and the place seemed run by amateurs.
“Bons conseils du patron visite de l’île idéal”
The resort is close to nature and the beach, the staff are helpful, and the meals are good.
It was a lovely green place with friendly staff. We checked in late after a heavy rain, and the reception team handled us quickly and didn’t charge for the delayed checkout caused by the weather. All in all, a great stay.
