The room was super comfortable. The breakfast was very basic. The pool was poorly maintained—only one bath chair and it was broken. The water wasn’t heated on a cloudy day. There was only one elevator; the other was under maintenance, so it took a long time to get up when I arrived.

The location was fine. The reservation promised parking, but when we got there there were no spots available at the hotel. It was a rainy day and we had to leave the car far from the entrance.

The bed was good and the room was spacious. A broken elevator forced us to use a social elevator and sometimes a service one, switching doors, which was crowded and slow. The lobby with breakfast felt horrible, cramped, and very hectic.
