“I didn't get enough sleep because of the thin walls between the rooms.”

The apartment is new and clean, and has everything (dishes, toiletries, a garage!). 1. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the upper floors; carrying a suitcase up it is difficult. 2. The walls are very thin, and there is no soundproofing between them. As a result, I didn't get a good night's sleep because I could hear conversations, the TV, the shower, the tap, and the toilet through the walls. the neighbors stayed up until 4:00 AM. it was a very restless sleep. (( I lowered my rating because of this—getting a good night's sleep is important‼️ 3. The host does not speak or write in English, although it is possible to reply to messages using a translator. When you are driving and receive a message in Italian, you don't have the ability to translate it on the go. there should be respect for the client. I speak five languages; English is not my native language, but it is the international language of Europe

The apartment is modern and super clean. The manager is available for everything. Nothing else.

“Piccola bomboniera”

The single room is cute, easy to manage, and comes with accessories like breakfast and a bathroom set. However, there are no small shelves inside the shower for shampoo and other items. The wardrobe has no doors, risking clothes picking up kitchen odors. There are too few of everything; a few extra utensils would be nice. The management should contact guests directly for access codes or other matters, not via a message on the booking platform.
