Great location, right next to the green; I would also like a snack and drink vending machine in the Dorflinde building, and a small fridge in the room would be useful.

The indoor pool area and bar, breakfast buffet, and parking were positives. The massage and cosmetic treatment were not good. During the cosmetic session, another client was treated in the same room, and the 90‑minute session lasted less than 60 minutes. The skin and eyes were not properly removed, among other issues. The windows in the room had not been cleaned from the outside for a long time, and the toilet was too close to the wall. The paper roll in the toilet suddenly fell out of the wall. Even after a prior call, I wasn’t offered a room in the main building. I’m a severely disabled person with a G disability mark, which I mentioned. I would have paid more to get to my room without pain. I only saw that the main building had a lift when I arrived. The lady on the phone didn’t offer me that option. Overall, the service on site was poor, and communication was difficult due to limited German. I was very disappointed and won’t go back.

“Sehr empfehlenswert”

We were thrilled again; the great part was that on the departure day we could still use the facilities (thumbs, pool, etc.). We could sit above the pool and enjoy tasty cakes. Thanks. We’ll return.
