“Tout à fait correcte”

The hosts welcomed us warmly, Madame gave us great attention, and our room was clean and well equipped; the breakfasts were excellent and it was easy to communicate in French. The pool is nice but hard to reach at our age because of the ladder, and the floor around it could be better laid out, though it’s still good that there’s a clean pool.

The setting is very charming, surrounded by nature, the pool is nice and usable at night, the lady is very kind, helpful, and welcoming, and the location is about 20 minutes by car from Lecce; unfortunately from day one we had water flow problems in the bathroom, sometimes barely coming out of the shower and toilets, and we had an unpleasant experience at breakfast when we saw a real mouse (not a toy mouse) exit the kitchen and enter the service bathroom, which left a strong impression given the excellent cleanliness reviews we had seen before booking.
