The location is dreamlike with a view of Lake Garda, and the facilities are very convenient. Bardolino’s center is a 15‑minute walk away. The breakfast is generous and the service friendly. Everything else is perfect.

A truly special spot with a very friendly owner. The room was spotless, and inside we found water, juices, snacks, and yogurts waiting for us. Breakfast offered croissants, rolls, and eggs to choose from, plus ham tailored to our taste. There’s parking on the premises. Everything was great, though breakfast was only mildly Italian‑style. If you’re into plenty of veggies and bacon, you’ll need to supply those yourself.

The property was immaculately maintained & super clean & with a great view. Stella provided a fabulous breakfast everyday & was a wonderful hostess throughout our stay. Whilst we have travelled a lot we have never stayed at a property with such immaculate grounds which Stella & her husband work tirelessly to maintain

The peace and the view of Lake Garda were simply amazing! The garden layout was wonderful and well‑maintained – we felt guilty about stepping onto the lawn! Such a setup is rare. We also liked the small pond, but it was only “knee‑deep.” A bit deeper for swimming would have been great (though that would mean more work, of course!).
