The ambience is great.

The location and staff are good. We asked for a hot‑water kettle and they gave it, but there were no tea or coffee sachets. The TV only shows YouTube, no other channels. The elevators are broken, which made it hard for us to move our bags with the family; they need maintenance done ASAP. Otherwise the location and room are fine.
