First off, there was no lake view, and the owners seemed clueless about guest arrivals, just saying they had no booking; when we showed the confirmation they apologized, saying they hadn’t checked the app. I liked the cabanas, but the place offers no view or anything interesting as advertised.

The wooden tree‑house accommodation was neat and clean and good for relaxing on the balcony. There was no air conditioning or breakfast, and because of the wooden house, insects could get into the bathroom.

The owner was very kind, helpful, generous, and engaged. Thanks to her hospitality, the picturesque garden, and the wonderful house with a view, our stay was warm and exceptionally friendly. We recommend the place to anyone planning to stay in the area.

The family that took care of us deserves a 1000/10 rating; they are undoubtedly the best people I've met in Sri Lanka. The location and views are spectacular, and the whole area is impeccably maintained, making it a pleasure to stay there. I highly recommend trying the food—it's very good and comes in generous portions. When we ordered our first non‑spicy dish, they served it without any hint of heat, which was delightful. The photos on the website don’t do justice to how gorgeous this place really is; the surroundings and facilities are all well kept to create a welcoming atmosphere.
