The hotel looks like a family‑style place and is tidy on the outside, and I’m grateful for the help during the “Orange Revolution,” but the management is useless—middle‑level leaders are just collecting money for renovating old equipment while workers suffer to keep the famed EDUARD hotel’s rating up. I want to thank the staff: VIKTORIYA, ANDRIANCI 💛💙. Shame and disrespect towards Mr. Katali or whether it’s Yuli or Zini at the reception desk 😡

“Отличный персонал, чистота, безопасность”

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding me around the city, letting me drop my bag before check‑in and keep it after check‑out. The room was clean, all the amenities were present, and the key‑card entry worked smoothly. I would have liked a kettle in the room – only water and two glasses were provided. In late September it was a bit cool because the heating hadn’t started yet, but that wasn’t a big deal.

The welcome was great, but it was a shame the pool was empty in mid‑September. The décor was unique and very clean. Finding the place was tricky without the GPS link the owner sent. It was also disappointing that no one spoke English.

Overall everything was fine, even though it’s not brand‑new, it’s kept in good condition. There wasn’t enough space to dry a towel, and the mattress was too soft.
