“The room was roomy & comfortable and the A/C was amazing! Location is amazing!”
We didn’t use the breakfast, but it looked very nice.
“Superb accommodations in excellent location with friendly knowledgeable staff.”
The spot was spot on, and every corner of the place was spotless with gorgeous marble that made the room feel cozy. Massimo walked me through the check‑in steps, making everything smooth, and then offered great tips and answered all my questions about Naples. The breakfast spread was plentiful and varied, with Suzie greeting everyone in a friendly way.
“Bene ma non benissimo”
The main advantage of the property is its location, right above the Vanvitelli metro on Vomero and close to shops and restaurants. Inside the building, however, the décor feels dated and needs renovation, and the room itself could use work too—tapestry was peeling and two tiles were broken. The breakfast could be better with homemade items.
“Nice place, but bad service.”
Overall, the hotel is decent for a short stay, but the staff and owners ruined the whole experience with their inaction and indifference, so I’m giving a low rating to try to get their attention. I stayed for two nights. The bathroom in my room had no ventilation, and although there was a window, it wouldn’t open. When I asked for it to be fixed, they said they couldn’t do it; after several attempts they told me a repairman wouldn’t be able to come because it was the weekend, and the next day was my checkout date, so I didn’t need it. I could have tolerated that if it weren’t for the following. Before check‑in I asked for an invoice and was told I could receive it after payment at checkout. After leaving, I sent a message a few days later reminding them about the invoice, but got no reply. A few days later another message—still silent. One more attempt—nothing. So I can’t say it was a good experience.
The location was great, but the split AC unit was right above the bunk bed, which was a bit annoying.
