We really liked it! The quiet, pretty street, the large room, and the very friendly lady Alice who answered all questions and helped with everyday matters. Wat Arun is within walking distance, a 7‑11 is nearby, and an authentic Thai restaurant with dishes unusual for us Europeans sits in the adjacent courtyard. I recommend it, and if we return to Bangkok, we’ll definitely stay here again.

It’s a hidden gem, though the shower head needs fixing, which isn’t a deal‑breaker.
