Booking was easy, the staff were friendly, and the apartment felt like home with all its amenities, but I chose this spot for Wi‑Fi to work and it didn’t work; I had to call a separate number and it took too long, so I used my hotspot all week. There was no desk, only a table that I had to move to the wall, and the walls are thin so I could hear people upstairs.

The location and comfort were great, but the first room we checked into was dirty, so I called the front desk and they upgraded us to a very nice room down the hall that was much better.

My kids loved the complimentary hot chocolate, but there was no daily room cleaning and no toilet brush in the toilets.
