The staff is excellent, kind, and friendly. The room is clean and tidy, and the hotel has a tasty restaurant. Its location is ideal for a hub‑and‑spoke trip to towns like Pienza; in the town itself there isn’t much to do and no reason to walk around. Everything is a short drive away. The spa isn’t worth the price—it felt poorly maintained, only offering a jacuzzi, a sauna, and a steam room that weren’t warm enough. If you don’t rely on the spa, the place is actually really great. For some odd reason, the switches in the room were very sticky and peeling, which clashes with how clean the rest of the room was.

The suite was very beautiful and the breakfast plentiful. The girls serving breakfast were wonderful!

The room was pretty clean and nice. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The dinner was good quality and well cooked. The breakfast could be better; they served coffee and cappuccino from a bar instead of a self‑serve machine. The table service was a bit slow.
