“Lovely setting, large bedrooms but lacking in basic facilities for a more comfortable stay.”

The building is stunning, and the outdoor seating area is lovely. The hosts got confused about our arrival time and the rooms weren’t ready when we got there at 8 pm! The kitchen didn’t have enough crockery, plates, cups or plates, so the six of us had to share three forks and knives and two cups. Very strange. The rooms were classic French style, massive but furnished in a somewhat mixed and maximalist way. It felt like they hadn’t quite got the hosting mindset right but were very polite. They just need a more professional approach to hosting guests and a better understanding of what guests consider basic facilities for a more comfortable stay. Kitchen supplies and confusing décor.

“Super sejour”

The building has charm, a spacious and well‑furnished room close to the wedding venue, and is accessible at any hour; the host is available and very kind, though the stairs creak like an old house 😂.

The place feels like a getaway, a farm that has kept its old‑world beauty and charm; the hostess welcomed me with an extraordinary heartfelt reception, simple and astonishingly kind. I had restless sleep recently, yet I fell asleep without noticing and woke up refreshed and filled with positive energy, ready to enjoy the day at a relaxed pace. I felt at peace. Madame loves people and her sincere generosity deeply moved me. Anyone who meets her will be pampered. If you want to experience pure generosity, go for it, but only if you can reciprocate with respect, compliments, and recognition. Skip it if you don’t understand what that means.
