The property was spotless and well maintained, but the staff’s handling of a lock‑out situation was disappointing: after I was locked out of the garage and room, someone opened my door twice without knocking or announcing themselves, and the staff didn’t address it properly. I wanted a different room because it seemed someone else had access to mine.
