The staff were excellent—everyone was very helpful and attentive. The spa was nice and the facilities were modern, and the breakfast was good. However, there were a few drawbacks: there is no elevator, so you have to carry your suitcases up the stairs. It is far from the city center, and there is no public transport—only taxis or rental cars. You cannot have dinner at the hotel because it doesn't have a restaurant (at least not on the nights we were there). These are details that must be stated on the website.
