Locations is really good, walking distance to night market, and pub street. Staffs are friendly, very helpful and speak very good English. Nothing

The hotel is in a perfect location only a short 3-5 minutes to Pub St but was also very quiet so not too close. The staff from the moment I arrived to the day I left were absolutely superb. Their welcome and friendliness are what made my stay at the hotel so memorable. They were there to offer help whatever you needed including temple visits etc. You can’t go wrong here

I stayed for three nights in Siem Reap and the place is spot on—right in the city centre and a steal for the price. The staff went above and beyond; everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, especially Theara who was extra kind and thoughtful. On my last day, after a full‑day tour, the hotel stored my backpack and let me shower before catching my overnight bus—small gestures that made a huge difference while traveling. I’d pick this hotel again without hesitation; thanks to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable! 🙏

The staff are really nice and helpful, always aiming for the best and giving great attention (almost too much :)). The breakfast could use some improvement, though.
