“Mala experiencia”

Despite the restaurant food being surprisingly good, the accommodation was problematic: the bathtub was located next to a window and water would spill onto the floor; hot water took 10 minutes or more to arrive. When I complained, the staff introduced a so‑called owner who turned out to be a pathetic customer, and the mattress sagged in the middle, making it uncomfortable. After a week I had to call Booking customer service to leave, as the situation was unbearable; I was ill with a cold and lumbar strain, so I moved to Hotel Miravalle to finish my vacation and recover peacefully. The owner verbally promised a refund for the eight days I couldn't stay from 22 to 30 August, amounting to 308, as told to agent Leonardo of Booking, while being recorded, and I am still waiting.

The bathroom had two spiders with their webs, which was a positive in a strange way. The bathroom itself was infested with spiders, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the sheets and pillow emitted a talc powder odor that only allowed sleeping on your back. I could hear the bar noise and a dog barking at dawn, and I showered with cold water because hot water never came. I won’t return.
