The pool area was nice, but they don’t have barbecue grills for use or rent; it would be good if they offered them or included them in the facilities.

“Buena relación costo calidad”

It was very nice and almost empty, so my family and I had the whole sea to ourselves; they lend all the dishes, though the pans are bad and burn easily, the stay was very cheap and we liked it a lot; the downside is there are many stairs to get down to the pools and the sea.

I liked the room they gave me because it had a sea view and a balcony that opened directly onto the pool; however, one receptionist seemed to ignore me when I mentioned that the bathroom was clogged and water was leaking under the toilet, until the next day another receptionist checked it and fixed it, and after that everything in the room was fine.

“No me gustó”

I was disappointed because the slide service and even the beach access shut down at 5 pm. The sunset was at 7:20 pm, but we arrived at the beach area at 4:50 pm and were denied any use of the facilities. We were directed to a pool that was open but empty, with little water and no floating mats because of its operating hours. For a vacation spot that stops being usable before 5 pm, that felt like terrible service, especially since we chose the hotel for those amenities. Also, there were many police officers staying there, and as women with children, it was uncomfortable; I would have liked to know that a large portion of the accommodation was reserved for police before deciding to stay, as I only found out today that this is common.
