The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Checking in online took too long. The room felt humid and sticky throughout the stay, and the complimentary soaps/body wash were either empty or diluted with water.

The reservation didn’t mention a $200.00 deposit for one night in addition to the room rate, which was completely misleading. I demand a refund. The clerk seemed evasive about the refund and couldn’t explain the policy or the reason for the extra charge. I’m dissatisfied and want my full refund; I never checked in.

The hotel had an unpleasant stench that the staff tried to cover with large fragrant dispensers in the rooms. The bathroom door had a poorly masked hole, the bathtub was stained, and I waited at the front desk for about 10–15 minutes before anyone appeared to let me check in.

The rooms were spacious and the location off the highway was convenient. The air conditioner clearly had mold on it, so I was reluctant to use it and the room stayed warm. The hotel feels dated.
