The staff were friendly and the hotel was close to the airport, so the bed felt comfy. I was disappointed that there was no shuttle service and Uber cost $28.

The room was spacious, but it was filthy—hair littered the bathroom sink and crumbs were in the kitchen cupboards. There was no hot water for the shower, and the complimentary breakfast only offered a granola bar, a mini muffin, coffee, and water; this grab‑and‑go style breakfast should be advertised on the site before booking.

There was nothing positive to mention. They over‑booked and handed our room over to someone who had prepaid, and they did nothing to correct the mistake.

The rooms were clean and the location was convenient. The breakfast, however, was the worst I’ve ever seen: only granola bars, a few other types of bars, mini muffins, and instant oatmeal; the coffee tasted like water and there was no milk or yogurt.
