I appreciate that you can step outside and Marta station is right in front of the hotel, and that downtown and mid‑town Atlanta are within walking distance of other entertainment spots. However, this is the third time I’ve stayed here and staff have been either rude or failed to meet guest requests; we asked for towels and room service, but when we returned to the room there were no towels, no washcloths, and the room hadn’t been cleaned. If they could replace the indifferent staff who don’t care about customer service, this place would be perfect—more like an apartment with a full kitchen, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a large living room with a sleeper sofa.
