“This place is a trap”

I was disappointed with every aspect of this place. The photos online are heavily edited and totally misrepresent the property, making it feel like a scam. I arrived late at night after booking a “Good” (7.5) rated hotel, only to find the room filthy, infested with insects and spider webs, walls in awful condition with white plaster patches over worn paint, and sheets and pillowcases that were stained and disgusting. I tried to get a refund through Booking, but the hotel refused to return my money, leaving me feeling insulted and disrespected. This is the worst hotel experience ever; avoid it at all costs.

“Dirty, unhygienic, and terrible customer service—avoid this place at all costs.”

The room was utterly dirty, with visibly stained bed sheets that made it impossible to stay. I checked out after the first night and demanded a refund for the unused second night, but the hotel flat‑out refused, which is absurd and disrespectful. I had to find another hotel just to get a clean bed.

The hotel sits close to several good restaurants, a highway, and a convenience store. However, the ice machine was broken and I was told to use a nearby hotel’s machine, which an employee assured me would be fine because his friend works there. The room had graffiti on the doors, a broken TV remote, no secondary lock on the door for security, and no lamps—only an overhead light.

We didn't stay here because the hotel didn’t meet expectations, but the management refunded us the full amount.

“An extraordinary value”

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, as everything I needed was readily available, including fresh towels and reliable Wi-Fi. The amenities were exactly as described, and I appreciated the convenience and comfort that came with it.
