I'm still fuming about my recent stay at this hotel. We arrived at 10:30 PM, exhausted from a long drive, only to be told that they didn't have a double bed room available despite my confirmed reservation. The manager claimed their system couldn't see my booking and that they didn't have access to my reservation details, which was a pretty ridiculous excuse.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The rooms are brand new and spotless, which is a big plus in my book. The front desk staff are super friendly and accommodating - they even let me check in late without charging me an extra fee, which was a huge relief. The hotel's location is also pretty convenient, although the surrounding area can get a bit noisy at night.

I booked a room for four nights, but what I got was a completely different story. Despite asking multiple times, I was given the wrong room, and to make matters worse, I ended up checking out after just two nights. The hotel's location was decent, and the staff were helpful when I checked in late, but the whole experience was marred by the room mix-up. It's a shame, because the room itself was spotless and had everything I needed, but the mistake really put a damper on my stay.
