The breakfast buffet was great, with plenty of options for everyone. The room was very clean and modern. The hotel’s location, close to the pier, is exceptional. I have nothing to add; everything worked perfectly, and I’d love to return.

The pool was easy to reach and bikes could be rented. There was no Wi‑Fi as promised, card payments didn’t work, and the room key had to be swapped several times. The breakfast food felt cheap, especially compared to summer. I booked a balcony with an Ostsee view, but from the first floor the view is blocked by trees. I’m not sure how to get to a room on the second floor. The room was cleaned only once during my four nights.

The room was cozy and clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was varied and nicely presented. I complained about the bathroom’s cleanliness, and it was cleaned the next day.
