“I find this property average type of hotel not the one seen in online”
The location and room size were good, but breakfast could improve and the bathroom smelled, especially at night and early in the morning.

The location is close to major roads without the noise, and the on‑site restaurant, bar, and pool are convenient. The room is very spacious, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. However, service at the restaurant is very slow, even by local standards, with over 1h30 wait for three guests. The room lacks some practical features, such as a towel hook or a hook in the bathroom.

The location was great because I was attending an event at Zaria Courts, which is a walking distance. A cab took a few minutes to other places in town, so that wasn’t a big issue. The room was well equipped with working AC and a fridge, and it was very comfortable. I had quick communication with the reception via WhatsApp. The airport pick‑up and drop‑off services were great and on time. The breakfast options were very limited and not always fresh, and the staff in the canteen area do not speak English, making communication difficult.

The welcome and staff were super top, but there was no luggage room.
