The place was close to the river, but hard to find because there’s another spot called H30. It’s basic accommodation with a step down to the bathroom, and there were large communal bins right outside. The entrance door was very noisy.

Overall, the room, location, and cleaning were adequate. I don’t consider it professional that they couldn’t meet a simple request: an extra pillow. They can’t just say the room doesn’t provide more than the two pillows already included. I could have slept well with a simple pillow; I spent three restless nights. What a pity!

The room was great, everything was very clean, the mattress was comfy, the bathroom looked almost new, it even had a mini fridge and a fan, and checking in was a breeze. The pillow was too thin, and if you’re an older person you have to climb a slope to get there. Street noise is pretty loud.

The place was generally very clean and located well, with easy access to the room. Even though the room and bathroom were spotless, the lower bed sheets were yellowish and had some long hairs. The shower towel was too small and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. The shower itself was a mess: the panel was too short and let water splash all over the room, leaving a puddle on the floor after you finish. Moreover, the shower head holder was broken and the upper stabilizing bar on the panel was completely loose; when I took off the towel, the bar fell on my head.

The location is close to the center. A similar hotel in that area costs around 400, which is kind of a lot. Soundproofing is almost non‑existent. Luckily our neighbor only returns to sleep and doesn’t snore.
