The location was ideal, making it easy to get around and reach everything we wanted to do. I also appreciated that the property is dog‑friendly; traveling with our dogs was a huge plus and made the trip easier. I would love to see a fully enclosed dog area where guests could let their dogs run and play safely; that would make an already dog‑friendly property even better. Unfortunately, several issues made the stay disappointing, especially given the price. We were assigned an ADA‑accessible room, which was not what we expected or requested. More importantly, the room had multiple maintenance problems that really affected our stay. The refrigerator wouldn’t close properly, so a large block of ice built up inside. The toilet leaked, and the shower wouldn’t drain, leaving me standing in ankle‑deep water while showering. While we appreciated the pet‑friendly policy, the room had a noticeable wet‑dog odor that made it less comfortable. Another problem was the smoking area being directly next to the dog area; whenever we took our dogs outside, we were often exposed to smoke blowing toward us. I understand the need to accommodate both smokers and guests with pets, but these areas could have been positioned farther apart for a more comfortable experience. We paid over $800 for a two‑night stay, and given the condition of the room and the problems we encountered, I don’t feel the property was worth what we paid.

The shower didn’t drain and water spilled over the lip onto the bathroom floor. There were long hairs on the shower floor, so when it flooded, it spread everywhere. Because of this, neither my fiancé nor I could shower, making our stay horrible. I expected more from this hotel and was thoroughly dissatisfied.
