The concept is decent. Despite the price paid (having a room assigned with a water evacuation that doesn’t work), the room is in its own juice (old and poorly maintained). Staff can be aggressive at times and the clientele is a special community.

Very good, the food was very nice and many options available. the staff was very good but 1-2 staff was very upset and not cheerful while working which affects how you feel there
Everything was amazing. As someone who has traveled to many places in the world, I can’t remember feeling so at home on a holiday. It was truly fantastic. The animation team, holiday assistant, and all staff were very friendly. Thanks again to our holiday assistant Ecem. She answered all our questions instantly, no matter what time it was. Thanks to Adin hotel.
We want to thank Aygul, who works as the nanny in the kids’ play area at Adin Hotel. She was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. She is kind, caring, patient, and always willing to help. Aygul made sure our children were safe, happy, and entertained at all times, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our holiday. Her genuine warmth and attention to every child were truly remarkable, and it was clear how much she loves her job. She always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. Employees like Aygul make a real difference, and she is a true asset to Adin Hotel. Without a doubt, she is one of the biggest reasons we would love to return to this hotel. Thank you, Aygul, for making our vacation even more special! The room was small.
