The rooms were cute and had everything I needed; the location is great with a nearby metro and there are excellent restaurants and cafés around. The rooms were a bit small and when I showered, the floor got very wet. The staff spoke very limited English but were sweet and helpful.

The accommodation is right next to the MRT station, making travel a breeze, and there are plenty of shops within walking distance, which is very convenient. It isn’t particularly sound‑proof, though the noise isn’t a major issue, and the staircase on the third floor is quite narrow, so you need to be careful when lugging luggage.

1) No regular room cleans; 2) cannot contact reception in AM hours. The rooms are not cleaned regularly. I stayed for 12 nights and my room was only cleaned 4 times. I am fine with just contacting the reception when the clean is needed but here's another issue - the reception is always closed until 12-1 pm. And since there is no way to contact them otherwise (they don't respond to phone or Booking messages), I spent lot of time trying to catch any staff member to ask for a room clean

“Mala atención en recepción, muy grosero el señor de recepción”

The only advantage is its proximity to the metro. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was rude, unhelpful, lacking empathy and had poor manners. I would not recommend staying here; the reception staff were terribly bad.

The room was very nice and beautiful, and the location is just around the corner from a metro station. The downside is that my room had no window (or it was blocked), so once the lights were off it felt like a cave, with nature sounds echoing. It made waking up harder because there was no sense of time. Overall, the stay was amazing and relaxing.
