“If location and clean are your priority it is a good place but the dated appearance”

The location is great. The pull‑out couch was comfortable and the hotel is accommodating for larger families. We always seemed to run out of water, the elevator was broken and it’s unclear if it ever worked. The rooms were noisy from the street (regular outside noise). We were there 10 years ago, and the rooms are now quite dated; the automation also needs a revamp.

“I won’t be returning to this hotel. Poor access and poor service helping us with our luggage definitely ruined our stay”

The staff were very kind. The only disappointment was that the hotel sits on a street that cars cannot enter, so we had to walk with our luggage to reach the hotel. When we checked out, we asked for help with our luggage because we had to walk a bit to get to the taxi pick‑up point, but they said they were not authorized to provide that service. Luckily the taxi driver was very kind and helped us; otherwise we would have had no way to get to him with our luggage alone.

מיקום הכי טוב באתונה, הכל במרחק הליכה ברגל, ממש למטה בתי קפה ומסעדות מצויינים וגם בייקרי משגע. נקי ביותר ושירות מצויין. מעט רעש מהרחוב

“Very enjoyable stay, would defiantly stay again”

The staff were amazing and very helpful, and the room was fantastic with plenty of space for our family of four; the location was perfect.

המיקום מעולה חדר ממש נקי. אין מעלית אף אחד לא עידכן שהיא לא עובדת, אין בידוד בין החלונות כל הלילה שומעים את הרחוב וא הפעמון של הכנסייה
