This hotel puts its guests first. The staff are excellent and friendly. Rooms are nicely decorated and contain everything that is needed. With a wheelchair user the hotel is very accessible and accommodating. Rooms are spacious enough to use chair in room. Very difficult to find anything we don’t like.

The location is perfect – the best we could get. Everything is within walking distance: the promenade, the few meters from the hotel, the boulevard of restaurants and bars is walkable. Nothing.

I love how close the hotel is to everything, you can walk to any spot, but the corridors are long, white, and feel a bit hospital‑like.

We stayed four nights, six people in two suites; the hotel is new, super clean, the pool isn’t huge but is adequate; the restaurant is good with very reasonable prices, tasty food, and great cocktails; breakfast was excellent; we were upgraded to fifth‑floor suites by Tatiana, the amazing front‑desk clerk; the location is the best, right across the beach, only a few steps away; walking distance to the main street is short, two supermarkets are practically next to the hotel; ice‑cream shop, street food—everything is a short walk; we didn’t like that it ran out quickly.
