The location was easy to find, but the breakfast was terrible—the pancakes were either burnt or doughy, and the sausage was inedible. The pull‑out couch in the suite had uncomfortable and inadequate bedding.

The hot tub was great and the pool was nice, but it was very cold. Our toilet leaked, so the bathroom floor stayed wet. The tub was plugged, so I showered with only 4 inches of water. Breakfast was served too early. The front doors were hard to open, and the desk staff didn’t help by holding the door while we tried to get the cart through. The rooms were older and outdated.

The room was very nice, but I was surprised to learn I had to pay a deposit when booking, which wasn't disclosed.

Everything was just fine, except the bathroom light switch was faulty.

Nothing at all was good, but bugs on my pillow bit me and the staff refused to refund and seemed indifferent to my and my 7‑month‑old’s health.
