I’d say the location is a plus—right under the apartment windows there's a great restaurant that really cooks well. Keep in mind it’s not an apartment, just a bedroom with a toilet and shower. The bedroom itself is a bit small.

Everything was clean, the place is well‑situated, and the staff were great. One day there was no water, another day no hot water, but we called the guy and in 10 minutes he was there and fixed it quickly.

Convenient spot near Termini station, everything you need is nearby. The room isn’t brand new and could use some updates, but it’s clean, has good sheets, and the bed is comfy. For a one‑or‑two‑night stay it’s fine. We were greeted and told everything we needed to know. We were on a weekend, so the street was pretty loud, but that’s the area. Sleeping with the windows open was tough; inside the place was quiet, though the fridge would sometimes make noise.

Very good location. Even though it’s close to Termini, which can feel a bit odd and dangerous, the room is lower down so you’re safe from anything. I saw some comments about a bathroom smell, but there was nothing for us. The air‑conditioner works perfectly.

The location was okay, the shower was good. The bathroom smelled like sewage, the air‑conditioner didn’t work—just vented, no kettle for coffee, and the mini‑fridge was dirty and old.
